Your patient lands in Korea.
From that moment, we are accountable.
AXON operates a network of Korean clinics for partners who send patients across borders. We route each case to the right specialty and region, run live interpretation and a written clinical record inside the consultation room, and keep the channel open after the patient flies home.
Cross-border care rarely fails at the surgery
Korean clinical outcomes are not the bottleneck. What costs you repeat business is everything around the operating room — and every one of these lands back on your team, not on the hospital's.
The consultation room goes silent
Interpreters are hired by the hour and are rarely medical. The patient nods through the consultation, and afterwards nobody can say what was actually agreed.
The record never comes back
The patient flies home with a receipt and a bag of medication. Their doctor at home receives nothing they can read, so the treatment ends at the airport.
One clinic for every case
Agencies get locked to whichever hospital signed them first. A rotator cuff and a pigmentation case go to the same address, and one patient is disappointed.
We don't hand you a directory. We read the case and name the clinic.
AXON is not a single hospital chasing volume, and not a marketplace listing whoever pays for placement. We hold working relationships with clinics across specialties and regions in Korea, so a case goes where it actually belongs — and can be moved if the first read was wrong.
- Routed by specialty, not by whoever has an opening
- Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan and Jeju — recovery stays near the treatment
- A case can change specialty without going back to you

Six specialties, four regions
Regional reach matters more than it sounds. A patient recovering in Jeju should not be routed to a Seoul follow-up, and a Seoul-based family should not fly domestically for a dressing change.
Dermatology & Aesthetics
Pigmentation, acne scarring, laser and injectable programmes, skin boosters.
Orthopedics & Spine
Shoulder, knee and spine, with rehabilitation planned alongside — so the surgical and conservative routes are both on the table.
Emergency & Acute Care
Trauma, acute presentations and same-day escalation while the patient is still in the country.
Internal Medicine & Screening
Comprehensive health screening, endoscopy, imaging and chronic disease review.
Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy
Post-operative rehabilitation and conservative musculoskeletal programmes.
Pediatrics & Family Medicine
Cases where the patient travels with family, and the family needs care too.
Coordinators who speak medicine. Decisions that stay with the doctors.
Most facilitators hand your case to whoever picks up the phone, so it arrives at the clinic half-formed and the consultation starts from zero. Ours is prepared by staff with hospital backgrounds — enough clinical vocabulary and enough of a network to keep the line from enquiry to consultation to treatment unbroken.
What they do not do is decide the treatment. That belongs to the treating physician, and to the advisory doctors who help your patient weigh the options before committing.
- A licensed physical therapist — musculoskeletal cases arrive prepared. Shoulder, knee, spine and post-operative rehabilitation: what to document before travel, what the rehabilitation schedule needs to look like, and how long recovery realistically keeps the patient in Korea.
- A former university-hospital nurse — how a tertiary centre actually receives and prepares a patient. Which documents have to travel with them, what a Korean hospital expects from an overseas referral, and who to reach the moment something changes on site.
- Advisory physicians — the medical judgement itself. Whether an operation is warranted, what the alternatives are, and what a second opinion says. Your patient chooses with a doctor's assessment in front of them, not a coordinator's guess.

Not a plan. Infrastructure already in clinics.
Korean clinics whose operations we have run since 2021
Specialties routed across the partner network
Regions — Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan and Jeju
Whichever country your patient comes from, the consultation happens in their language
AXON Voice already transcribes the consultation and structures it into a clinical record as it happens — entirely on the clinic's own machine, so no audio and no patient data leaves the building. The record exists the moment the door closes, not three days later if someone remembers.
What we are building on top of it is the part that decides your business: live two-way translation inside the room, so the consultation runs in the patient's own language instead of through an interpreter booked by the hour.
- Automatic language detection — the patient just speaks
- A medical glossary layered over the translation, so clinical terms survive the crossing
- Structured into subjective, objective, assessment and plan
- Reviewed and confirmed by the treating physician
Two dozen languages are already wired in and benchmarked against native-speaker recordings. Tell us the languages you send most and we will prioritise them.

The record travels home with the patient
What the patient carries back is not a receipt. It is a structured record of each consultation, the treatment performed, medication and dosage, and follow-up instructions — written so a physician in their own country can act on it without calling us first.
- Issued to the patient and to your team
- One thread for wound checks and medication questions
- Follow-up scheduling without a new enquiry

Your patients research in their own language
We build and maintain partner clinics' sites in the languages their patients actually search in, structured so search engines and AI assistants quote them correctly. By the time an enquiry reaches you, the patient already knows what the clinic does.
- Multilingual clinic sites, not machine-translated pages
- Structured for AI answer engines, not just search rankings
- Clinic data in a form your listing engine can ingest

From your enquiry to a follow-up six weeks later
You send the case, not a booking
Symptoms, imaging, prior treatment, budget range, travel window — in whatever form you already keep it. There is no portal to learn.
It is prepared, then reviewed by a doctor
Our coordinators put the case into a form a Korean clinic can act on. An advisory physician then reviews whether the trip is worth making, and what the realistic options are.
We name the clinic and the plan
You receive the proposed clinic, the specialty rationale, the expected course of treatment and an itemised estimate — before anyone books a flight.
Arrival and treatment
Airport pickup, accommodation coordination, and an escort into the consultation room. AXON Voice runs live so the conversation is understood both ways.
The record is handed over
The consultation is captured as a structured clinical record and issued to the patient and to you, in a language their home physician can act on.
The channel stays open
After departure, patient, clinic and your team stay on one thread for wound checks, medication questions and follow-up scheduling.
Built for how you actually work
"Send us patients" is not a partnership. What you need from Korea depends entirely on what your business already is, so we start from your side of the table rather than ours.
Outbound patient agencies
You already have the patients. What you lack is a Korean counterpart who answers in your language, says honestly when a case is not worth the flight, and hands the record back.
Named coordinator + advisory physician review · case-level routing · records returned in your patient’s language
Medical travel platforms
Your listing engine needs structured clinic profiles, treatment and price ranges, and a response time you can promise your users.
Structured clinic data · agreed response window · multilingual pages that survive your SEO audit
Healthcare financing institutions
Approval cannot wait for the patient to land. You need a documented treatment plan and an itemised estimate issued before travel, from a source you can verify.
Pre-travel treatment plan · itemised estimate · verifiable credentials · revision if the plan changes on site
Destination & VVIP consultancies
Your clients travel with family, expect discretion, and judge the entire trip by the twenty minutes inside the consultation room.
Private routing · escort and family coordination · discretion by default · Jeju and Seoul programmes
Medical distributors & industry groups
Not every partnership is a patient. Some are device introductions, clinical protocol exchange, or training placements with Korean clinics.
Introductions to partner clinics · protocol and training exchange · joint pilot arrangements
Tour operators moving into health
You have the itinerary and the customer. You need a medical component that slots into it without turning your product into a hospital booking.
Screening and wellness programmes sized to a 2–5 day itinerary · Jeju options · fixed inclusions
Eighteen Korean clinics have handed us their operations
Since 2021 our business has been running clinic operations on behalf of the owners — hiring and labour, clinical systems, scheduling, records, inventory and multi-branch governance. Websites and multilingual publishing came later, as one more job owners asked us to take off their hands.
That is where the routing network comes from. These are not clients we sold software to. They are clinics whose day-to-day operation we have been accountable for — which is why a referral from us is answered, and answered quickly.
- 2021
We started by running clinics, not selling to them
Clinical systems, hiring and staff training at Sinchon Yonsei and Samsung Wellness — plus medical support for a maritime heritage survey. The year we copied the same data into three systems by hand.
- 2022
Multi-site operation
Pangyo, Hanam, Dasan and Incheon. Running one group across many addresses is where the data fragmentation between head office and branches became impossible to ignore.
- 2023
Four new branches at once — and we hit the ceiling
Geomdan, Dongtan, Gyeyang and Gangdong opened in parallel. Manual coordination stopped scaling, so we began building our own booking and patient management system.
- 2024
The technology became ours
Cheongna and Sejong. Body-analysis technology developed and registered, and selection into the national start-up accelerator programme.
- 2025
Premium and specialist work
A clinic inside Paradise City Hotel, a Gangnam practice, and Jeju EM365 — the mix that international and VVIP patients actually ask for.
- 2026
AXON ships
Inventory management patented, and the AXON platform rolling out to clinics nationally. Five years of running clinics, folded into one system.
Every clinic on that list is open to your patients
Routing runs across the whole network above — eighteen clinics, six specialties, four regions — not a shortlist of two or three we happen to have a contract with. What differs from clinic to clinic is only how far the international layer is already built out.
The four below publish in your patients' languages today. For the rest we brief the clinic, prepare the paperwork and put the language layer in place case by case — and we are extending the same treatment across the network as demand tells us where to go first.
Jeju EM365 Clinic
제주이엠365의원Four-language site covering the full treatment catalogue, built for patients researching from outside Korea.
Shine Clinic, Mokdong
샤인의원 목동점Multilingual clinic site with AI-search optimisation, aimed at foreign residents and visitors in western Seoul.
Laplace Clinic, Sinchon
라플라스의원Physician branding and an international-patient before/after programme in a high-footfall student district.
Eungye Yonsei 365 Clinic
은계연세365의원Multi-floor local clinic covering internal medicine and orthopedics, serving a growing residential district.
Sending a patient to a clinic that is not on this shortlist is routine, not an exception. Tell us the case and the specialty, and we prepare the clinic for it.
Your patient is
never out of sight
From the moment a case reaches us to the follow-up after departure, there is a named person on our side who knows the case and a written record you can read.
We do not compete with you for the patient. The relationship stays yours.
- A named coordinator and an advisory physician, not a shared inbox
- Written record after every consultation
- Clinic credentials verifiable before you commit
- One channel that survives the flight home
What partners ask before the first case
Are you a hospital or an agency?+
Neither. AXONMED is a healthcare software company that operates a network of partner clinics in Korea. We do not own the clinics and we are not competing with you for your patient — our role is to route the case correctly and run the language and record layer around it.
Which languages can you handle in the consultation room?+
Live in-room translation is the part of AXON Voice we are actively building. Two dozen languages are already wired in and benchmarked against native-speaker recordings. Where a pair is not production-ready yet, we arrange a human medical interpreter — and either way the consultation record is issued in writing. Tell us the pairs you send most and we will confirm coverage case by case rather than promise a list.
What does the patient leave Korea with?+
A structured clinical record of each consultation, the treatment performed, medication and dosage, and follow-up instructions — written so a physician in their home country can act on it without calling us.
Can a case move between specialties once it is here?+
Yes. That is the reason the network exists. If a case presented as dermatology turns out to need orthopedic assessment, it moves inside the network rather than coming back to you as a failed referral.
How do commercial terms work?+
Terms are set per partner and per case type, and depend on volume, specialty mix and who carries the coordination. We discuss them directly rather than publishing a rate card — bring your current structure and we will work from it.
How quickly can we start?+
A first case can be reviewed within days of a signed referral arrangement. We would rather run two or three real cases end to end before either side commits to volume.
Bring us one real case.
Not a memorandum, not a volume forecast — one patient you are currently unsure what to do with. We will read it, tell you what we would do, and you will know within a week whether this network is worth signing with.
AXON Voice writes the record, AXON Messenger keeps the channel open, and AXON 병원 운영 runs the clinic underneath.
